Keystone Law, the UK’s leading platform law firm, has today launched its national ‘Join the Future’ campaign, designed to boost its headcount by 50 senior solicitors. The campaign includes plans to accept established teams of lawyers seeking to continue their activities within a more flexible and entrepreneurial law firm model.

Keystone’s Managing Partner, James Knight, says:

“Whilst growth has been strong over the past three years, it would be true to say that our main focus has been on making Keystone’s infrastructure sufficiently sophisticated to cope with turnover of £25 million. Amongst other things, we have developed much of our own proprietary software and an intuitive IT platform, a must-have for any platform firm hoping to function in an efficient and cohesive manner.

We are now in a position to respond to strong demand by taking on a significant number of new lawyers. We have set our target at 50 because we know with absolute certainty that our new systems and facilities can accommodate the demands this will engender. We are now very much looking forward to welcoming these additional lawyers.”

The recruitment campaign is expected to last approximately 6 months, depending on lawyer responses and, in particular, how many law firm teams respond to the unique opportunity.

James Knight concludes:

“We offer the right candidates – and teams – a fantastic opportunity to enjoy unparalleled levels of flexibility and autonomy combined with all the support and infrastructure normally provided by a conventional medium-sized law firm. In days gone by solicitors would seek to achieve this work/life balance by setting up their own firms, but associated costs now make this route quite unfeasible.”
