Ex-Taylor Wessing and Macfarlanes lawyer, Sarah Needham, becomes the latest senior solicitor to join Keystone Law’s Commercial team

Sarah joins Keystone offering wide-ranging experience in both commercial contracts and intellectual property, particularly in the Technology, Media and Data Protection sector.

With a wide-ranging practice, Sarah advises on matters in areas including commercial services contracts, all types of technology agreements, brand licensing, print and publishing contracts, joint venture agreements, outsourcing agreements, and media and advertising contracts and she is a recognised expert on data protection matters who has often been quoted in the national press on this area. Sarah’s impressive career history includes experience gained at both Taylor Wessing and Macfarlanes, as well as General Counsel at established media group, DC Thomson Limited.

Sarah’s arrival brings Keystone’s commercial offering to a total of 42 senior and partner-level lawyers, making it one of the country’s largest.
