Keystone Law is pleased to announce the arrival of senior corporate lawyer Nadim Zaman. He brings particular expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions, including UK and cross-border merger and acquisitions. Nadim acts for high-growth companies across a broad range of sectors, as well as the corporate finance houses and venture capital firms that invest in these sectors. The firm’s ever-expanding Corporate team now totals 35 senior lawyers who act for clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals and from high-net-worth individuals to institutional investors.

Keystone’s Managing Partner and founder, James Knight, commented:

“I am delighted to welcome Nadim to Keystone. With our increasing focus on advising start-ups and fast-growing companies on venture capital and private equity funding I have no doubt that he will be a valuable addition to the team.”

Nadim added:

“As a lawyer who has worked in traditional and not-so-traditional structures, I am excited to be joining Keystone. The firm is at the forefront of innovation, with traditional City values, entrepreneurial spirit and ongoing commitment to investing in its lawyers and tech-infrastructure. It is undoubtedly a preferable value proposition for clients – indeed, perhaps the stand-out option for high-growth companies and VCs.”
