Nominations are out for 2018’s Law Society Excellence Awards and Keystone is pleased to announce its shortlist place in two categories.

The firm’s founder and CEO, James Knight is up for the Excellence in Practice Management award which seeks to reward individuals who help drive stellar business management, continuous improvement, sound financial planning and risk management principles, as well as innovation and collaboration.

In addition, the marketing team has also been shortlisted for their recent recruitment initiative a including a unique law firm dating app video where you swipe for the right job, innovative new joiner marketing initiatives and the targeted online campaign, #QuitTheCircus.

Celebrating excellence across the legal profession, these awards champion the work of solicitors in England and Wales, from smaller firms to big City players, in-house teams and exceptional individuals.

Keystone founder and CEO James Knight said:

“I am both delighted and humbled to receive this nomination. However it is, in actual fact, a reflection of the whole management team’s continuous efforts, particularly in the firm’s stock exchange listing in November. They worked incredibly hard to organise everything in the lead up to the IPO and without them, it would not have been the success that it has.”

Kristina Oliver, Marketing and Business Development Director added:

“It is hugely rewarding to be recognised for our campaigns. We place a huge importance on thinking differently when it comes to promoting the Keystone brand and have a lot of fun coining innovative approaches to do just that. Whatever the initiative, our core message remains the same – that Keystone offers freedom, flexibility, better rewards and a healthier work-life balance for talented lawyers.”

The ceremony will take place on Wednesday 17th October at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
