Insider Media has shortlisted Keystone Law Northern Ireland in its annual Dealmakers Awards.
Featuring in the category for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Keystone is one of just six nominees with the shortlist also including Cleaver Fulton Rankin, Pinsent Masons and Tughans.
The awards held at The Stormont Hotel, Belfast are an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of Northern Ireland's corporate M&A professionals. The aim of the event is to showcase what the community can do and to acknowledge excellence in this particular field
The past year has seen Keystone NI’s corporate team, currently ranked in Tier 2 by The Legal 500, act in a number of major transactions including the high profile sale of McErlain’s bakery to well-known Tayto CEO Paul Allen. The purchase of the business which has a turnover of more than £20 million, saved more than 250 jobs.
Other key deals include acting for Causeway Aero Group Limited on its acquisition of Belfast Aircraft Stress Engineers Ltd, and also Genesis Aerotech Limited in connection with corporate finance advice, research and development, and IP protection.
The Awards will take place on 14 March.
