Keystone Law is pleased to announce that Laurie Cooke has now joined its Media and Technology practice.

Laurie is a commercial lawyer focusing on media, entertainment and technology. She has extensive experience of the film and television sector, in particular film development and production, multi-party financing structures, EIS and tax credit. Laurie is a specialist in copyright law and advises on protecting and exploiting rights across all platforms. She also advises on general commercial law, outsourcing arrangements, software licences, data protection, e-commerce and website compliance. Laurie combines the experience of city firms Richards Butler (now Reed Smith) and Charles Russell with in-house positions at the Matrix Group and Ingenious Media.Laurie qualified as a Solicitor in 2003.
